Michael Jager was born on April 16, 1966 in Evergreen Park Illinois. He graduated from The American Academy of Art in Chicago in the year 1986, with an Associates Degree in Technology and a Major in Graphic Arts. He worked clients such as; Playboy, Lane Bryant, HBO, Art Institute of Chicago, and Victoria's secret. He also did a lot of portraits of the people who influenced him in his life and childhood along with commissioned portraits.In 2005 he began to focus on fine art wanting the subject matter of his art to have meaning on a spiritual level, similar to Visionary Art.
